Short version: searches are recorded to understand what people look for. Nothing that identifies you is kept.
What is recorded when you search

What is never recorded
No IP address. No cookie. No browser fingerprint. No account, because there is none. No advertising or analytics tracker of any kind — the page loads nothing from a third party except its fonts. Two searches from the same person cannot be linked together.
Outbound clicks
When you click through to a registrar, the domain, its extension and the registrar are recorded, along with your country. That tells us which extensions people actually register. Some of those links are affiliate links: we earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Please do not put personal data in a brief
A brief is stored as you typed it. Describe the business, not the people: write “a physiotherapy practice in Bordeaux”, not your name, address or phone number. Anything you type is kept, so keep it about the project.
How long, and who sees it
Records are kept for 12 months, then deleted. They sit in a Cloudflare D1 database in the European Union and are read only by the operator of this site, to decide what to build next. They are never sold, shared or transferred to a third party.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what is held about you, and ask for its deletion. Since no record is tied to an identity, we generally cannot find “your” rows without something to match them on — the brief you wrote, and roughly when. Write to the address below with that and we will delete them.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest, under Article 6(1)(f): improving a free tool with data that identifies no one. No consent banner is shown because nothing here requires consent — there is no tracker to accept or refuse.
